Instructional Aide 1:1

The instructional aide will provide direct, individualized support to students in a middle school special education setting by implementing ieps and behavioral interventions. They will collaborate with classroom teachers to monitor student progress, manage behavior, and maintain accurate documentation of student performance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to pass a basic skills test. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or higher in education and experience working with children with learning or behavioral disabilities.
