Elementary School Paraprofessional - K-2

The paraprofessional provides instructional, emotional, and behavioral support to diverse learners under the guidance of teachers and case managers. They assist in implementing individualized education programs, monitoring student progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and an illinois state board of education paraprofessional license or equivalent. Strong communication skills, experience working with youth, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are required.
