School Therapist

The school therapist provides individual and group counseling services to students while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement ieps and behavior intervention plans. They also conduct behavioral assessments and utilize de-Escalation techniques to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and possess professional licensure such as lpc, lcsw, or lmft. At least 2 years of experience working with children in school or behavioral health settings is preferred.
