Medical Assistant Training Coach

The medical assistant training coach leads practical skills training and onboarding for new and existing team members using a competency-Based model. This role also provides direct patient care, performs operational tasks, and supports clinical staff within urgent care centers.

Candidates must be a graduate of a medical assistant program or hold an rma certification, with at least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Proficiency in ehr systems and urgent care experience are required, along with a valid bls certification.
