Core responsibilities
You will provide one-On-One behavior support to children with autism or developmental delays by implementing individualized intervention plans. Additionally, you will collect progress data and maintain regular communication with families to provide updates and support.
Requirements summary
Candidates must hold an active rbt, abat, or bcat certification and have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities. A high school diploma, reliable transportation, and various health clearances including a background check are also required.
