Group Facilitator (50864)

The group facilitator will empower communities to promote drug-Free lifestyles and implement evidence-Based prevention interventions for youth and young adults. Responsibilities include conducting community outreach, developing individualized risk reduction plans, and documenting service delivery in clinical records.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and possess at least one year of experience in prevention programs, hiv, or substance abuse. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required, along with the ability to work with the 13-24 age demographic.
