The Infant Lead Teacher will create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum while fostering a safe, responsive, and nurturing classroom environment. They are also responsible for leading assistant teachers and maintaining regular communication with families regarding child development.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working with infants in a licensed program and possess a minimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education. A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, along with CPR/First Aid certification.
