Instructional Aide 1:1

The instructional aide provides direct, individualized support and supervision to students in grades k-12 to implement their individualized education plans. They collaborate with classroom teachers to manage student behavior, track progress, and foster a safe, high-Achieving learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain crisis management certification. Prior experience working with children in special education or behavioral health settings is preferred, along with an associate degree or higher.
