Program Leader- Scholarship Prep South Bay- Wilmington

Program leaders guide students through social-Emotional learning, homework help, and various enrichment activities. They are responsible for maintaining a secure environment and managing group dynamics during after-School hours.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in youth programs and possess 48+ college credit units or pass an academic proficiency exam. Applicants are also required to pass a background check and provide proof of a negative tb test.
