Program Leader- Scholarship Prep South Bay- Wilmington

Program leaders facilitate after-School activities, including homework help, enrichment clubs, and recreation games for students. They are responsible for maintaining a safe environment, monitoring student behavior, and fostering positive social-Emotional development.

Candidates must have at least one year of experience in youth programs and possess 48+ college credit units or pass an academic proficiency exam. Applicants are also required to pass a background check, provide a negative tb test, and be able to commute to the school site.
