Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

The registered behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to support clients with autism and developmental disabilities. They provide one-On-One therapy, collect accurate progress data, and assist in building essential communication and social skills.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a current cpr certification for adults and infants. Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, along with the ability to travel to various client locations.
