Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor creates a nurturing learning environment and implements individual care plans to assist clients with daily living, social, and emotional needs. They are responsible for monitoring medical and behavioral changes, administering medication, and facilitating community outings while ensuring safety and compliance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid ct driver's license and the ability to perform active work, including lifting up to 75 lbs, are required.
