Youth Mentor

Mentors provide support and guidance to teenage girls in a residential therapeutic setting through shared experiential activities. They are responsible for building rapport, ensuring student safety, and facilitating the healing process.

Candidates must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid utah driver's license. Applicants must be able to pass background and motor vehicle checks and be physically capable of outdoor activities in various weather conditions.
