BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN- Parsippany/Randolph/Hanover/Pinebrook

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, maintaining accurate progress data, and applying behavior reduction protocols.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma, with a preference for degrees in psychology or education. Applicants should be able to pass background checks and possess the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and sitting on the floor.
