Training Specialist

The training specialist is responsible for implementing orientation and recertification training programs in accordance with regulatory standards. They will conduct training sessions on topics such as cpr, first aid, and scip-R for both new and current staff.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and possess strong communication and leadership skills. An associate degree in human services is preferred, and the role requires a valid nys driver's license.
