Core responsibilities
The program manager assists bcbas with case management, provides center-Based supervision, and leads social skills groups. They also mentor rbt instructors and provide direct 1:1 compassionate aba therapy to children.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in progress or completed and at least two years of experience delivering high-Quality aba. An active rbt certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and have reliable transportation.
