The program manager assists bcbas with case management, provides direct aba therapy, and supervises social skills groups. They also mentor instructors and support the clinical and professional growth of the treatment team.

Candidates must have a master's degree in progress or completed and a minimum of two years of experience delivering high-Quality aba services. An active rbt certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to meet physical requirements and travel to client locations.
