The program manager assists bcbas with case management, data analysis, and clinical supervision of rbt instructors. They also provide direct 1:1 aba therapy and lead social skills groups to support client treatment programs.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a master's degree in progress or completed and at least two years of experience delivering high-Quality aba services. An active rbt certification is preferred, and candidates must be able to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
