Cheer Coach I

The cheer coach is responsible for leading safe, energizing, and educational cheer classes while building positive relationships with participants and parents. They also assist in choreographing routines, maintaining equipment, and tracking class attendance to support program growth.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and possess 12 months of experience in cheer training. Required certifications include cpr/Aed and first aid, which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
