Every year Community College of Vermont employs nearly 500 part-time faculty to teach its courses at 12 locations statewide and online, and we are always looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable teachers. All faculty work part-time with a maximum of three courses each semester.

Location: CCV Upper Valley
This course develops students’ ability to think quantitatively and use mathematics as a problem-solving tool in their professional and personal lives. Mathematical applications are selected from a range of business, human services, health, and political topics. Concepts include set theory, visual representation of data, operations in the real number system, geometry, linear and nonlinear equations, linear systems, personal finance, probability, and statistics. Students demonstrate proficiency with key quantitative reasoning skills.
Math & Algebra for College or equivalent skills.
Master's degree required.
The budgeted wage for this position is $4,365 per 3-credit course.
