Clinical Transition Team (CTT) Clinician

The ctt clinician provides time-Limited clinical interventions and support to youth transitioning from residential placement to community settings. They work alongside residential teams to facilitate continuity of care and connect families with sustainable community-Based resources.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and possess a valid clinical license (Licsw, lmhc, lmft, or equivalent). At least two years of clinical experience in juvenile justice, child welfare, or behavioral health is required, along with a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
