Power Scholars - Enrichment Leader (Summer Only)

The enrichment leader is responsible for facilitating high-Quality enrichment activities and collaborating with teaching staff to support literacy instruction. They must also ensure student safety, maintain appropriate ratios, and assist with classroom setup and student transportation.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma and be actively pursuing a college degree with at least one year completed. Previous experience in organizing or mentoring youth is required, along with the physical ability to perform daily classroom and transit duties.
