Health/Nutrition Facilitator

The facilitator implements high-Quality health, oral health, and nutrition services for children in the early head start program. They monitor health databases, conduct screenings, and ensure compliance with head start performance standards.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and obtain 45 dcf hours with parts 1 and 2 exams. The role requires the physical ability to lift 40 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
