Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum of a child development associate (Cda) credential or comparable credential, along with training or coursework focused on infant and toddler development. Additional requirements include completing 45 hours of dcf training, effective oral and written communication skills, intermediate computer proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
