Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

The service coordinator will process referrals, conduct screenings, and coordinate assessments and meetings for children birth to three years old. They will also maintain child files and ensure the timely delivery of services in accordance with azeip policies.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, psychology, or social work. Additionally, the role requires the ability to travel and the successful completion of a background clearance and level one fingerprint card.
