Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

The service coordinator will process referrals, conduct screenings, and coordinate assessments and meetings for children birth to three years of age. They will also ensure proper maintenance of child files and documentation while providing support within the family's natural environment.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, psychology, or social work. Additionally, the role requires successful completion of a background clearance and obtaining a level one fingerprint card.
