Core responsibilities
The assistant swim team coach will assist in leading group workouts and daily practices to help swimmers master their technique. They are also responsible for registering new team participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of swim coaching experience. Required certifications include cpr/Aed, membership with asca and usa swimming, and the ability to obtain a lifeguard certification within 60 days.
