The Assistant Swim Team Coach will assist in leading group workouts and daily practices to help swimmers master their technique. They are also responsible for registering new team participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of swim coaching experience. Required certifications include CPR/AED, membership with ASCA and USA Swimming, and the ability to obtain a Lifeguard Certification within 60 days.
As an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach, you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. You will work with the Head Swim Team Coach to write and head Swim Team Group Workouts. You will help the Head Swim Team Coach register new participants for the Team and maintain the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities. Job
