The teacher is responsible for designing and delivering standards-aligned, data-driven instruction to promote student growth in a K-5 classroom. They must also manage classroom culture, maintain a productive environment, and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding student progress.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid Michigan teaching certificate or be eligible for one. A satisfactory criminal background check is also required for all applicants.

Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Work environment includes elevated noise levels.
