Job description

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our RIchmond, VA clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT seeking a consistent weekday schedule, supportive BCBA leadership, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a structured clinic environment. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented clinician who enjoys helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. At Autism COE, our RBTs are supported by collaborative clinic teams, involved supervisors, and a positive work environment designed to help both employees and clients succeed.

Schedule

  • Monday –
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately
  • Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
  • Ability to pass required background checks
