- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Richmond, VA. - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately
- Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging therapy environment for clients Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Full-time clinic-based position Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to pass required background checks
