Job description
- Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent after-school ABA therapy opportunity in Richmond, VA. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT who enjoys working one-on-one with children and helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality ABA therapy. - Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data accurately
- Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
- Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
- Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and clinic needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and professionalism required
- Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
- Ability to pass required background checks
