  • Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent after-school ABA therapy opportunity in Richmond, VA.   • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record session data accurately
  • Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
  • Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Schedules are generally aligned with client and clinic needs; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Strong communication and professionalism required
  • Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
  • Ability to pass required background checks
