Job/Employment Coach - Sonoma County

The employment coach provides mentorship and job development support to individuals with developmental disabilities at their job sites. They are responsible for maintaining effective business relationships with employers and ensuring the health, safety, and quality of life for the people served.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in digital tools and online platforms. While not required, two years of college or equivalent experience and a background in supporting people with disabilities are preferred.
