Core responsibilities
The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth through purposeful programming and active classroom activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean environment while modeling ymca core values and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and are required to complete program-Specific training, background clearances, and fingerprinting. Previous experience working with children is preferred, and proof of mmr vaccination is mandatory.
