Core responsibilities
The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth through purposeful programming and activities at various locations. They are responsible for supervising children, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and fostering positive relationships with families and the community.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and are required to complete program-Specific training, background clearances, and fingerprinting. Previous experience working with children is preferred, and proof of mmr vaccination is mandatory.
