Enrich Life Skills Coach

The life skills coach provides direct support to adults with autism spectrum disorder by assisting with vocational training, daily living skills, and community recreational activities. They are responsible for collecting behavioral data, ensuring client safety, and facilitating the generalization of learned skills in various environments.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged, with an associate degree or college credits preferred. Applicants are required to have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
