Behavioral Aide Substitute

The behavioral aide provides direct support to students with special needs by assisting with instructional activities, behavior management, and classroom organization. They also help with personal care tasks such as hygiene and feeding while working cooperatively with school staff to maintain a productive learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience as a behavioral therapist or interventionist. Applicants are required to be able to commute to school locations and must complete mandatory training as designated by the employer.
