The nanny will be responsible for the daily care, safety, and early educational development of a 16-month-old child. Responsibilities include maintaining routines, planning enriching activities, preparing healthy meals, and transporting the child to local classes.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional childcare experience and a strong background in early childhood development. A bachelor's degree or associate degree in a related field is required, along with current First-Aid and CPR certification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; strong communication skills; and the ability to take initiative in a dynamic household. Minimal phone use during working hours is expected. All standard vaccinations should be up to date. Candidates who are not currently living in Houston are encouraged to apply if they are interested in relocating.
Competitive package starting at $30+/hour gross (commensurate with experience), plus full benefits, PTO, and annual performance bonus. This is intended to be a long-term role, and candidates should be open to signing an NDA.
