Role Overview As an In-Center Hybrid BCBA serving the Provo clinic, you will: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality ABA in-center (primary) with supplemental remote work Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians Collaborate with families, center teams, and multidisciplinary partners Collect and analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development Schedule Structure: ✔ 3 days in-center (Provo clinic) ✔ 2 days remote (Telehealth, planning, supervision, documentation, family support)

Qualifications

BCBA certification (required) Utah LBA certification (required) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Spanish fluency is a plus!
