- Starting
- Salary: $46,000 (Salary) We are seeking an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) to join our team. Your role will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system. As a member of the IIS/IFRS team, you will work with 8 other team members, report to our Manager IIS/IFRS and support Jackson County.

- WILL DO: Carries 2-3 cases at all times, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week (for IIS) and 8-10 hours per week (for IFRS) during the 4–6-week IIS intervention or the 8- 12-week IFRS intervention. Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise. Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification. Conduct home visits to promote safety, permanency, and well-being as agency policy requires.

- BRING: Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in family and children’s services and the following: Bachelor’s degree in social work or other human services field from an accredited institution At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical and drug screening A valid driver’s license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation
