What You’ll Do Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide high-quality supervision and coaching to RBTs Deliver caregiver training with compassion and clarity Monitor progress through data analysis and reassessment Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and internal teams Maintain BACB requirements and uphold ethical, trauma-informed care
