Medical Assistant Trainee - Grow Your Own

Trainees will complete four weeks of classroom learning followed by 120 hours of supervised clinical training. They will provide clinical support to providers and coordinate direct patient care activities under a preceptor.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and basic life support certification must be obtained before the externship. Prior patient care experience, such as cna or emt background, is preferred but not required.
