Behavior Technician, Paid Training!

The behavior technician will provide personalized, one-On-One therapy sessions to children and teens with autism in clinical, school, or home settings under the guidance of a bcba. Key duties include implementing treatment plans, assisting with challenging behaviors, communicating progress to caregivers, and accurately recording session data.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or ged, with the ability to earn rbt certification within 45 days using provided training. A strong commitment to working with children, good communication skills, and integrity are essential, although prior experience with autism is not required.
