Education Specialist Pharmacy Tech (Remote Within KY & IN)

The system pharmacy technician education specialist develops and provides education and competency activities for pharmacy personnel, ensuring educational and quality outcomes align with departmental goals. This role also assists in onboarding, training new hires, and serving as a system technician lead for pharmacy systems training.

Candidates must be a registered and nationally certified pharmacy technician, requiring a high school diploma or equivalency, and preferably three to five years of pharmacy technician experience. A minimum of one year of professional education experience and knowledge of adult learning principles are also necessary, along with kentucky board of pharmacy registration upon hire and indiana registration within six months.
