Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in human services preferred. Candidates should have experience with the target population and the ability to implement NCI compliant restraints as a last resort.
Provides direct care and rehabilitative services for group of client’s mental illness as outlined on the Person-Centered Plan. Duties must be performed according to YHS policies and standards dictated by State guidelines. Work hours vary according to client(s) needs. Persons in this position work under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP).
