You'll thrive in this role if you have

EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development A minimum of one year of experience working in an infant classroom, practicing safe feeding/sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and sensory and motor development support

Some requirements of the role include

Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset

As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for

Provide attentive, responsive care to infants in a licensed childcare setting Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment Build strong relationships with families and team members Follow all state licensing (EEC) and safety regulations
