MAX Fitness & Wellness is growing and looking to add a Group Fitness Instructor to our coaching team. We’re seeking an energetic, engaging coach who is passionate about health and wellness and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed!

- What you’ll do
- Coach engaging group fitness classes including strength training, cardio conditioning, and kickboxing
- Create a welcoming, motivating environment for members of all ages and fitness levels
- Demonstrate and coach proper exercise technique with energy and clarity
- Build authentic relationships with members and contribute to a positive team culture
- Lead by example through a healthy, active lifestyle

- Experience & qualifications
- 1+ year of group fitness coaching experience required
- Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred
- Background in strength training, cardio-based formats, and/or kickboxing
- CPR/AED certification required
- Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, scheduling platforms, virtual class tools)
- Schedule & availability
- Part-time position with potential to coach multiple classes per week
- Monday and Friday availability strongly preferred
- Early morning availability (5am, 6am, 7am) is a plus
- Some weekend availability may be required
