The clinician will conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop treatment plans while providing evidence-based treatment through individual, family, and group therapy. They will also consult with parents and caregivers regarding behavioral concerns and collaborate with the Early Childhood team.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and possess New York State licensure, preferably LCSW. Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.

WJCS delivers innovative programs and services and compassionate care to more than 20,000 people of all ages and backgrounds throughout the county.
We are seeking two dedicated full-time Early Childhood Clinicians to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to children age 0-5 and their families in a variety of settings including families’ homes, early childhood centers, and our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics throughout Westchester County. Services include intake, assessment, home visiting, play therapy, parenting groups, and consulting for children exhibiting challenging behavior.
The salary range is $70,000–$80,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency, for a total compensation range of $70,000–$85,000.
