Teacher's Aide 1

The teacher's aide is responsible for leading on-Site activities and working directly with children under the guidance of the head teacher. Key duties include preparing daily activities, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring a quality experience based on ymca values.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old with previous experience working with children and strong communication skills. Ability to obtain connecticut child care and cpr certifications within 90 days of employment is required.
