The Instructor delivers ESL, ABE, and IET classes to adult learners in both virtual and in-person environments. They develop curriculum aligned with WIOA and NDE guidelines to support students' academic and workforce skill development.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in education and certification in ESL, TESOL, or Elementary/Secondary Education. A minimum of three years of experience teaching adults in a US or English-speaking school is required.

The Instructor is responsible for teaching ESL, ABE, and Integrated Education and Training (IET) classes to adult learners in both in-person and virtual settings. This position develops curriculum aligned with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Nevada Department of Education (NDE), and agency guidelines while supporting students in developing academic, workforce, and career pathway skills.
