• Summary: This position exists for providing classroom instruction, supervision of practicum and student teaching, and serving as an academic advisor at the undergraduate level. This is a part-time position as a 9-month faculty member, in-person at the Lancaster campus.

• Education and
• Experience: A minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited institution. Teacher certification in Health and Physical Education, Pennsylvania preferred. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Health and Physical Education. A positive reputation as an educator and communicator. A demonstrated commitment to professional development. A well-articulated Christian philosophy of education.
• Instructional
• Responsibilities: Teach courses in health and physical education. Advise/Mentor students. Supervise practicum and student teaching placements within the program.
• General
• Responsibilities: Attend Chapel. Attend college and department meetings. Attend monthly one-on-one meetings with direct supervisor. Maintain regular office hours each week. Participate in ongoing professional development and LBC professional development. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
